A Word from Pier.

MUGEN is a 2D Fighting Engine, designed by Elecbyte, in 1999, written in "C" with the Allegro Library. 
My opinion? Best Game Never Made. Video Game Fans made it legendary.
How? Why? Because it contains never seen before Cross-Over Action!

So, I took advantage long enough of the community by leeching; time to contribute.
